Luxury Modern Living Room With A Dreamy Condo In New York by M.Serhat Sezgin, the master of using the hybrid language, which rejects trends but rather looks to the past, embraces the present, and considers the future.
M.Serhat Sezgin is an outstanding interior designer where you will find luxury combined with a modern aesthetic. Each project is not bound and/or defined by a single style but rather done while taking into consideration every important aspect such as the space, function, and the unique requirements from the clients. Synthesizing various and divergent aesthetics, Katherine is able to use her diverse knowledge of historical and modernist details to create an original and remarkable bespoke work!
Following her philosophy that the exterior and interior of a building are essentially related, we can see the extraordinary work Katherine did with this luxury condo, where the living room has 43-feet of space with a solarium right beside it. With nearly 700 square feet of glass-enclosed outdoor space, and with a balcony off of that space, which is very rare in New York, this living room is considered a luxurious billionaire’s row duplex.
To give a Caffe Latte Home touch to this living room, we decided to give you some suggestions of some of our handcrafted pieces so you can recreate the look!
We can start with our Milenio Modular Sofa, an ultimate statement piece, yielding an impressive length and modular capability, yet still very with a very subtle and soothing design. This sofa takes its name from the Milenio coffee variety, a plant that emerges in great heights and very well-known adaptability, making this sofa the perfect parallel of it. With a blend of hues, textures and materials, and with over 7 modules to change around, the circular modular is the piece that creates the character of the overall sofa, creating a distinctively modern and rich component to your living room.
Also, we would love to see here our Brutte Side Table, this side table gathers inspiration from these two characteristics. A robust and firm base in nero marquina marble, and a fluid dark bronze top emerging from the bottom. Adaptable to any setting has a discreet clean design, but a powerful presence.
And finaly, our iconic piece, the Robusta Center Table, with an uneven shape, taking inspiration from the disformity of the sub-Saharian plains where the famous Coffea Robusta is grown, this center table has both a soft yet eye-catching presence. Its two marble tops resemble the hues of brown from the exquisite coffee beans and rest perfectly on a delicate and continuous bronze leg. The perfect piece to provide a simple and neutral complement to a modern interior.
What do you think of this wonderful living room with stunning views and the outdoor space? We, at Caffe Latte Home, surely feel inspired by such works!
