Neutral Minimal Flat in London By Anna Nikovskaya

Freedom and nature are two essential factors of contemporary modern style, spreading wealth and abundance everywhere they go. However, this does not only mean material beauty but rather privileging space, which brings comfort and functionality, authentic values of life. In a unique and glowing project designed by Anna Nikovskaya for Caffe Latte and Covet House, you will find everything you need for a harmonious and happy home in elegant and delicate tones.

More and more people are talking about multifunctional spaces, which amplify and adapt to the hectic lifestyle that we tend to face, like the following neutral minimal flat with a subtle and refined combination of living room and office, where sofa and bookcase are the key pieces.

Odette Sofa inspired by the Swan Lake Op. 20, ballet composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, this modern classic sofa tells the story of a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer's curse. Its sweeping silhouette is accentuated with a walnut veneer structure and an asymmetric back offers a sophisticated design and timeless appeal.

Cutty Side Table is a highly modern piece, with a sophisticated dark bronze leg and a glossy cream lacquered top. Subtle, sleek, and practical, the essential item for any neutral minimal flat or complement other furniture pieces. A term describing a short and stubby spoon, which by definition characterises this side table perfectly.

Breve II Dining Table is inspired in a strong coffee-based espresso drink mixed with steamed half-and-half milk. So, just like the exciting drink, this round dining table serves the same amount of glamour and flavor to any dining setting. A bold and dramatic leg gives an appealing look to the table, by organically mixing portoro marble with a chic brushed aged brass. The sleek and crafty round walnut top serves a modern character to the table. This piece is also very versatile, where you can choose a white olimpic marble as the main finish, to provide a richer and even glamorous look.

Panna Dining Chair is inspired in an espresso con Panna, that means an expresso with cream which is the perfect correlation to the mix of colours and materials present in this minimal contemporary dining chair. The connection of the walnut arm into two legs with the details of stainless steel dark bronze varnish in the third leg elevates a simple chair into a statement piece both in comfort and design. Finally, the cream on top is the softness of the upholstered seating and back, exquisitely ergonomic, being not only for its user but for the eyes as well.

Calling for calm and relaxation never did us so well in the new Caffe Latte and Covet House project, made in partnership with Anna Nikovskaya.
