In the heart of Florida, a great duplex villa with a sea view is born, based on a unique variety of styles such as modern and neo-classic, but also contemporary modern, with a slight touch of art déco. Filled with warm and vibrant colors, this is a mega project designed by the Ukrainian studio Architecture ICU for Caffe Latte and Covet House.

The club area is perhaps the most dynamic space in the house, thanks to its ability to take on several functions in one. Firstly, in the living room, where Caffe Latte has the leading role, through the elegant presence of Excelsa Modular Sofa but also the functional Harar Center Table and Harar Side Table.

Named after the sub-variety of liberica beans, Excelsa by itself has a corporeal and strong presence, just like this colossal sofa. Comprised of 9 different modular components for your taste. Modern and ergonomic the Excelsea Modular Sofa brings a centerpiece that can be used as a side table or coffee table as well. Excelling in design and comfort, this is a unique piece with endless possibilities.

Named after the Harar fields in Ethiopia, one of the top producers of coffee in the world, this piece uses a panoply of materials, colors, and textures. The Harar Center Table has a very clean and defined line. With a sophisticated design but a strong presence, this center table contains an upholstered exterior for a chic look, and two tops, both in marble and wood for utility.

The perfect company for your sofa, this simplistic and modern table becomes exquisite for its familiar shape but becomes an outstanding piece for its soft and upholstered interior.
